How to arrange “Payment services”
We have two ways for payment (cash management) services as below. For SMEs, we recommend A), as it is very simple, and initial set-up is not required.
A) Client transfers to our local Japanese bank account
This is very simple way. Client transfers the fund to our local Japanese bank account, and we remit to each employees, vendors accordingly.
B) We directly use client’s internet banking
Client gives the access right of internet banking to Shimada & Associates. And Shimada & Associates directly handles the internet banking of Client’s bank account. Client may set two verification for the payments to strengthen the security (Shimada & Associates : Preparer – input the payment data, Clients : Approver). Basically, Client needs to initially set up internet banking account by themselves. If Client wants us to set up the internet banking (giving access right to us / two verification etc), we will charge JPY50,000 as set-up fee.
